Some of the skills needed to become a successful grinder or machinist are reading blueprints, excellent math abilities, using micrometers and other inspection equipment. Applications may be filled out at our plant between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or you may apply for open positions by submitting your resume.

We offer competitive salaries based on experience. Education requirements are GED or equivalent, or higher. Drug testing is mandatory.

All employees receive generous benefits after a 90-day probation period. Benefits include paid vacation, holidays, sick days, 401k, medical, vision and dental insurance.
