Advanced Carbide Grinding has the most modern equipment for a wide range of precision
grinding and machining applications.

Our OD equipment has the capability to grind between centers with 14” diameters x 31” long.

For centerless grinding, we can handle diameters ranging from .062” to 5.00” diameter x 24” long with .0002” tolerance and a finish of 2 RMS or better (mirror finish) surface grinding, 12” x 24” x 8” with a maximum tolerance of .0002” and ID grinding from .125” to 10” diameter with a tolerance of .0002”.

Our inspection equipment features digital micrometers from 0-10” with accuracy of .00005”. Our Mitutoyo CMM handles parts 25” x 36” up to 2200lbs with an accuracy of .000004” (.0001mm).
